About the delivery
1.Orders placed before 6am are processed the same working day.
2.We usually use USPS to delivery, but sometimes we use CHINA POST, or other logistics channels, to get the package delivered as soon as possible.
3.We aim to resolve if there is any problem with your purchase. Please feel free to contact us first if there is any problem.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns with 30 days from the purchased date. Please note that item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
Our 5 service:
1.Delivery within 72 hours, shipping email notification, including delivery time, goods, name, address(please rest assured that we will guarantee the privacy of the customer. This delivery notice is for further verification and notification.)
2.Follow up the logistics situation in real time, inform the customer via email, let the customer know where the goods they purchased went.
3.Arrival notice, verify receipt of goods. If customer have not received the goods, we will help the customer to deal with them in time.
4.After-sales service, such as goods cannot be used or quality problems, may provide return of goods.(Our store strictly controls the quality and color difference, so as to ensure that the pictures are consistent with the real objects, but it is also possible that the customers will not be able to use the goods after receiving them. Please contact us, we will try our best to solve the problem.)
5.Each package has a shopping list that contains basic information about the items purchased by customer.But not include the customer's name, email or address. For protection the privacy.(Please be assured that we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. This list is for customers to verify what they have bought and if there are any omissions to contact us as soon as possible.)
